Our luxury villa on Aviana, Davenport, Orlando, Florida.
The villa/house has 6 generously sized bedrooms, 2 of which are master suites, 4 full bathrooms, games room, loft lounge area, open plan kitchen dining/living area and private pool. We enjoy stunning, uninterrupted views of the beautiful lake to the rear. With Disney and all Orlando attractions on your doorstep it's the perfect holiday location.
Why Aviana?
1) Aviana is a small, gated community set around two lakes. It is a peaceful retreat away from all the hustle and bustle of the parks and shopping outlets-great to come back to after a busy day exploring!
2) Facilities – Complementary facilities are on offer at the clubhouse. These include a large free form heated pool and spa, gym, playground, volleyball court and relaxation areas. There is also a small shop for essentials. Our management company are on site for any assistance you may require during your stay.
3) Security - Gated community with security guard on gate.
4) Location - With its close proximity to the I4 and US 27 every attraction is on your doorstep. Davenport has lots of green open space, beautiful wildlife and a nice, relaxed feel. The Champions Gate and Posner park shopping areas are minutes away, as well as the golf resort Reunion. Cocoa beach, Clearwater and Cape Canaveral are all less than 1.5 hours drive away – there is so much more to Florida than Disney!

We are a family of 6 from Kent
Having holidayed in Orlando, we fell in love with it’s magic and all it has to offer! We decided to buy our own villa, loving the flexibility it offers and the kids loved having their own private pool. We found a realtor and after seeing countless resorts and areas, we fell in love with Aviana; it had everything we wanted for our family:

Our dream became a reality in summer 2015 when we found our ‘sandpit’ and watched with excitement as our beautiful home was built. By March 2016 we were ready to begin our adventure! We do hope that you love our home as much as we do and have a truly memorable holiday in Orlando, Florida.
